From the age of six, Tammi Hanson has been cooking for family and friends. In 1998, Tammi started her own company, Café Van Go, after years of positive feedback from feeding family and friends, or catering countless special events and fundraisers. This passion for preparing good food led Tammi to Scottsdale Culinary Institute where, in 2001, she graduated with honors, earning both a Le Cordon Bleu Diplome and an AOS in Culinary Arts.   Has an AOS and LCB degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management
  Is ServSafe Certified
  Is a member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association
  Has cooked with produce expert Chef Curtis Aikens
  Has twice been published in Arizona Food and Lifestyles Magazine

  

Café Van Go utilizes Tammi's expertise in quality food preparation and passes those benefits on to their clients. Additionally, Café Van Go has provided chef services to many top entertainers in the music industry, including Garth Brooks, Kenny Loggins, and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.
